Baby rubber is crucial to the environment and a source of energy, but it can also be used to manufacture weapons and even terrorist devices.

The paper said the new plant, the world’s largest, will create at least 100,000 jobs and will be able to supply some 500 million metric tonnes of rubber annually.
“The government is giving its stamp of approval for the development of the new rubber production facility in Madhavpur, a state bordering Bangladesh, which has the world capacity of manufacturing 1,000,000 metric tonnes per year, the paper said.
The plant, which will produce the rubber for the world market, will be the largest such facility in India, it added.
India has around one billion people and one-fifth of the world economy.
Its rubber plant is expected to create up to 50,000 permanent jobs and create at the maximum some 40,000 more jobs a year, it said.
It will be located in a region known for its rubber plantation, and it will be one of the most environmentally-friendly plants in the country, it noted.
