There are no excuses for rubber soles, but they’re also no excuses not to take advantage of them.
A new study finds that when it comes to keeping your feet warm, rubber boots can be a big deal.
The results of the study are in the June issue of The American Journal of Preventive Medicine, and they’re not all that encouraging.
Rubber soles don’t protect the wearer’s feet well from the elements, but the research indicates they’re less likely to get cold feet than barefoot boots.
For that reason, you might want to invest in some rubber boots, according to the study.
It’s not just the boots themselves that matter.
The research suggests that wearing rubber boots in hot weather is actually the perfect way to keep your feet cool.
Rubber boots can help cool your feet when it’s hot Outside the home, rubber soled shoes have a cool effect, too.
In the heat of summer, wearing rubber shoes around your house can help keep your body cooler by cooling you down.
When the temperatures are high, it also reduces the chance of heatstroke.
That’s because when you’re sweating, your body releases more of a molecule called CO 2 , which causes your body to heat up.
That creates heat inside your body, which is the opposite of how your body is cold.
The study, published in the journal Preventive and Critical Care Medicine, looked at people who were part of a study of people who lived in areas with higher temperatures than those in places where they stayed home.
In that study, researchers measured the average temperatures during the heat wave by measuring the amount of CO 2 that people inhaled.
The average person inhaled about 4.7 times more CO 2 than the average person who didn’t wear rubber sole shoes.
So, you know, don’t wear these.
And, if you do, make sure you’re not wearing them when it gets hot.
The findings don’t mean that wearing them outside is necessarily bad.
In fact, the researchers say that rubber soling can be helpful.
“A warmer environment, combined with a reduced CO 2 release, can help reduce the incidence of heat-related illness and death,” the study says.
“The study’s findings should be considered cautiously, however, because the researchers found no significant difference in mortality rates between the groups.”
The researchers also note that the study doesn’t include people who weren’t wearing shoes at all.
“Although it’s not clear whether wearing rubber solers during the summer reduces the risk of heat injury and mortality, this study provides some additional support for the use of rubber soler footwear for outdoor use,” they wrote.
The good news is that you can wear rubber boots without wearing them, too, according the study, which looked at a sample of more than 5,500 people who have been at the hospital for severe illness or who had serious respiratory issues.
The researchers compared the people’s temperature readings with their baseline readings, and compared those data to their temperature readings at home.
Rubber shoes can help protect your feet against cold feet, too Rubber soled feet are great for keeping your toes warm.
In a study published in January in the International Journal of Obesity, researchers looked at the impact of wearing rubber-soled shoes and socks on people with mild or moderate levels of obesity.
They measured the amount and types of CO2 released during exercise and compared it to their baseline temperature readings.
Rubbersoled feet made people feel warmer than bare feet.
For instance, if your feet were warm to the touch, they were warm enough to make you feel comfortable even if you didn’t have to put on your rubber boots.
The scientists also looked at how much energy you expend in exercising to warm up your feet, and found that wearing socks, sneakers, and other shoes to warm yourself was the most effective way to get your feet warmer.
“If you’re exercising at a moderate level, it’s possible to get through a day on a low-energy basis,” said study author Ravi Gokhale, a professor of public health at Duke University.
“But if you’re doing some strenuous exercise and you need to cool down, then you need some form of footwear that can keep you warm.”
You can also try to keep feet warm when you need them to be.
“There are many studies that show the effect of wearing protective footwear can help prevent cold feet,” Gokhella said.
“We’re not saying rubber soleds are a panacea.
But if you are getting cold feet or have a lot of respiratory problems, it can be important to wear a pair of rubber boots to help cool them down.”
So if you think rubber solenading your feet can help you stay cooler in the heat, you may want to consider the benefits of wearing them.”
