Walmart said Wednesday that it would sell rubber match to help make up for its shortage of the durable paint, which is used in thousands of cars across the U.S. and around the world.
The paint will also be available in select Walmarts in Australia and Canada, as well as at the Walmart store in New York City.
The Walmart announcement comes a day after Walmart announced that it had sold more than 9.5 million rubber matches over the past two years, bringing its total to more than 21 million.
The Walmart paint sale marks the largest number of rubber matches ever.
Walmart is also partnering with a number of automotive manufacturers, including Hyundai and Subaru, to help fill the demand for the paint.
In a blog post, Walmart said it would offer rubber match in a variety of colors and in a range of sizes, including the size of a large bottle of paint.
The company said it had more than 12 million Rubber Match paint orders as of July 2017.
It said that if you ordered a rubber match at Walmart, it would arrive in two to four business days, though it added that delivery times could be shorter.
Walmart said the paint will not be available to customers with a valid vehicle identification number (VIN) or expired or revoked registrations.
In addition, the paint would not be sold at other Walmalls, such as Target, but in stores that have rubber match.
Walmart says it will sell the paint at a “sophisticated” markup, which it said would be in the range of 15 percent to 25 percent.
